Story time, kids!

I ride a bike to get around, and I do this for many reasons, but mostly because I like it... Except for when it rains.. I do not have a fender so my back tire shoots water right at my butt. This problem was embarrassing at best... In the summer. Now it's 30 something outside and my back tire is attacking my ass with a jet stream of ice cold water . I seriously feel like my balls are just gonna shrivel up and hide inside my belly to stay warm. This could be a VERY common issue, but I feel like I am part of a small group of charming gents willing to discuss it

That sort of flippant attitude is exactly why people have turned on you. The only people you will be able to scam out of money now are the newcomers you can dupe before they're informed by others, or the sycophants who fall for your sob stories. You're a talented artist, but you absolutely do not have your priorities right. You owe people either the drawings they paid for, or refunds.

Excuses aren't going to cut it anymore. Enough acting like a victim. If you are financially unable to refund people, and creatively unable to make good on numerous people have paid you for, the least you could do is man up and admit that you have stolen from us.

And stop taking money from people when you have no intention of providing services promised.
